Aciloc Tablets (20 MG, 40 MG) contains Esomeprzole in it which is an ulcer healing drug.   • On the other hand, it can reduce the absorption of ketoconazole, and possibly intraconazole. Whose absorption  dependent on an acid gastric pH.
  • With voriconzole, the plasma concentration of both drugs may increased and a reduced dose of the tab is recommended.
  • On the other hand, use of this product with clarithromycin result in an increase in peak plasma concentration of this medication. And an increase in its mean half-life.
  • Most importantly, It may prolong the elimination of diazepam, phenytoin and warfarin.

Or one capsule of 40mg once a day for 20 days. On the other hand, the dose for the treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease is one capsule of 40mg once a day for 4 weeks.
