Aciloc Tablets (20 MG, 40 MG) contains Esomeprzole in it which is an ulcer healing drug. Aciloc (Esomeprazole) Tablets Capsules used for:-

• In the treatment of peptic ulcer disease.
• For the treatment of Gastric Ulcer
• Tab 20 40 mg and 150 300 mg capsules used for the treatment of stomach pain and gas.
• For Zollinger Ellison syndrome
• In the treatment gastro esophageal reflux disease.
• NSAID Associated Ulceration.
• In the treatment of peptic ulcer as a component of triple therapy reginmen with amoxycillin and clarithromycin.

• On the other hand, it can reduce the absorption of ketoconazole, and possibly intraconazole. Whose absorption  dependent on an acid gastric pH.
• With voriconzole, the plasma concentration of both drugs may increased and a reduced dose of the tab is recommended.
• On the other hand, use of this product with clarithromycin result in an increase in peak plasma concentration of this medication. And an increase in its mean half-life.
• Most importantly, It may prolong the elimination of diazepam, phenytoin and warfarin.

Aciloc (Esomeprazole) Dosage Administration

Or one capsule of 40mg once a day for 20 days. On the other hand, the dose for the treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease is one capsule of 40mg once a day for 4 weeks.
