Fucidin (Fusidic Acid) 250MG Tablets Dosage

Standard Fucidin Tablet Use Dosage for adults and children over 12 years:

Fucidin 500 mg sodium fusidate (2 Tablets) 3 times daily.

Recommended Dosage in Skin And Soft Tissue Infections:

Fucidin 250mg sodium fusidate (1 Tablet) twice a day. The Fucidin Tab dose can doubled in the severe cases.

Fucidin Suspension:

Adults: 15ml of suspension 3 times daily

Children and Infants: 1ml of suspension (50) mg per kg

body weight daily divided into 3 equal doses.

1-5 years: 5 ml 3 times daily

5-12 years: 10 ml 3 times daily

Fucidin metabolized in the liver and excreted mainly through the bile, periodic liver function tests should be carried out.
