  • Furthermore, you have megacolon (abnormal widening of the large intestine)
  • If you have urinary retention caused by a mechanical narrowing of the urinary tract (due, for instance, to an enlarged prosate)
  • Or you have narrow angle glaucoma
  • if you have an abnormally fast heart rate, palpitations or an irregular heartbeat
  • If you have myastenia gravis (a particular type of abnormal muscle weakness).

You should seek medical gravis immediately if severe abdominal pain persists or worsens, or occurs in conjunction with other symptoms such as
