Single doses of cholestyramine and colestipol resins bind the Hydro – chloro – this -azide and reduce its absorption in the gastrointestinal tract by up to 85 percent and 43 percent respectively.

Overdosage Symptoms And Treatment

Corbi Tablet overdosage may produce bradycardia and severe hypotension. Bronchospasm and heart failure may produced in certain individuals. Bradycardia associated with severe hypotension should treated with intravenous atropine (1 – 2 mg). However, If necessary this should followed up by a slow intravenous infusion of 25ug isoprenaline.
