- 60mg Tablets:
The recommended 60mg dose for adults and children aged 12 years or older twice daily.
- 120mg Tablets:
On the other hand, the recommended 120mg dose for the adults and children aged 12 years or older use once daily.
- 180mg Tablets:
Similarly, the recommended 180mg dose for adults and children aged 12 years or older use once daily. The 60mg once daily is the starting dose in patients with decreased renal function.
